Your
project may require one or more permits depending
on the scope of the work performed. If there
is a question about whether or not a permit
is required, contact the Building Department
at 330.468.8360. Securing a permit assures you
that each phase of the construction will be
inspected for safety and code compliances. When
applying for a permit, construction drawings
and an application form shall be submitted.
The review period depends upon the type of permit
application. Sewer permits are obtained from
the Summit County Department of Environmental
Services, 330.643.2414. Water permits are available
through the City of Cleveland Water Department
216.664.2740.
