Hello and welcome to the Macedonia Fire Department's web page.

The city of Macedonia covers 11 1/2 square miles and has a population of 9,000. We are currently under contract with the village of Boston Heights to provide them with EMS coverage. This brings our response district up to 18 1/2 square miles.

As Chief of the Macedonia Fire Department, I see our organization as a living, growing enterprise dedicated to the protection of life property, while placing service to our residents above self interests.

Through community involvement and partnership, we stand united in our dedication to seek out our opportunities which assure and enhance the quality of life and reduce suffering. We responsively implement practical safety programs that educate our community. Our residents will feel secure in the community, their children will be better prepared for a safe future, and the Macedonia Fire Department will be there for you.
