Practice for Your Ohio Driving Test – Free Maneuverability Kits Available!

What Are the Maneuverability Training Kits?

Thanks to a generous donation from Allstate as part of their Community Give Back event, the City of Macedonia now offers free Driver’s Education Maneuverability Training Kits to help student drivers prepare for the Ohio driving and skills test.

Each kit includes:

• Orange training cones
• A measuring tape
• Step-by-step setup instructions
• A wheeled cart for easy transport

These kits are perfect for practicing the maneuverability portion of the Ohio driving test in a safe and accessible way.

Where to Practice

You can use the kits in the designated parking lots at:

• Macedonia City Hall – 9691 Valley View Road
• The Macedonia Recreation Center (The Mac Rec) – 1494 E. Aurora Road

Please make sure to:

• Use empty areas of the lot.
• Stay away from parked cars.
• Return the kit when you're finished.

How to Borrow a Kit

1. Visit City Hall (in the lobby) or the Mac Rec front desk.
2. Sign your name on the clipboard log.
3. Take a wheeled cart with the training kit to the parking lot.**
4. Set up the cones following the included instructions.
5. Practice!
6. Return everything when you're done.

**Maneuverability kits CANNOT be removed from City property for use elsewhere.
