The city of Macedonia Mayor’s Court processes misdemeanor citations issued by the Macedonia Police Department. These citations can be traffic or criminal offenses. The Macedonia Court works with the Stow Municipal Court when cases are transferred. Mayor’s Court does not hear juvenile cases. Cases in which a defendant is under 18 years of age are transferred to the Juvenile Court in Akron.

The Macedonia Mayor’s Court meets every Tuesday at 08:30 am, unless court is cancelled for a specific purpose.  If you have a question regarding a court date, please call 330-468-8380.  If you are issued a citation and are required to appear in Mayor’s Court, it should appear on the bottom of the citation.  If the citation is marked waiverable, you may pay by cash (in person), or mail a check (if it is a local address and bank) or money order.  We also accept all forms of credit card payments in person or over the phone – Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am  –  4:00 pm.  Call 330-468-8380
